Discrimination…Persons with disabilities views on the impact other PWD’s have on them

I am currently doing research on discrimination that the disabled have against others with disabilities.  I love to read and more importantly observe people. I’m finding that this is a problem that’s being swept under the rug while discrimination between the able bodied and disabled is discussed more thoroughly. 

I will post what I find

Interesting topic, I can add a little, having lost my hearing later in life I ran inot this very thing, I am not part of the “D”eaf community as I do not know sign language, however when I signed up for classes I mistakenly told them I was applying for a Cochlear Implant in hope of regaining some hearing – Big mistake! it seems the “D”eaf community are mostly against Cochlear Implants and I was informed I was not welcome in the ASL class if I was going to get “one of those”…
